Student Support
Extensive
Networks provides and maintains the communications system in your
student housing community. Everyone at Extensive Networks is
working very hard to ensure the quality of the services you
receive exceeds your expectations. In fact, the student residents
receive a regular survey from us to make sure everything is
working to your satisfaction and to solicit ideas on how we might
improve the service. When you receive the survey, we would
appreciate your taking the time to complete it.
We
have produced a Get
Connected Guide to help you easily set up your equipment,
connecting your computer to the Local Area Network and your
television to the Video Programming Network. The guide also
contains information on the telephone service provided in your
unit.
Please
note that Extensive Networks is responsible for providing service
to the wall outlets, not for connecting your TV or PC to the
service. You are
responsible for connecting and configuring your equipment.
We have taken every possible step to make sure you can
connect easily to the networks. In the event you run into
difficulty connecting your PC to the LAN, we hope this guide will
